Nothing here sits under a heat lamp. Every order goes out fresh, cooked when you place it — whether you're picking up at the counter or getting it delivered.
The sides matter
Every side — collard greens, baked mac and cheese, candied yams, black-eyed peas — is made without pork or lard and flavored with smoked turkey instead.
